The image story of Robbianodesign bike. Nothing more and nothing less....
In December 2005 Aprilia decide to start the V4project with Robbianodesign.
Very interesting project; only the layout of the engine is available; the best start for a designer! Robbianodesign start with a new concept frame: alluminium frame in the steering area connected with a Magnesium part at the rear of the bike. The Air box included in that part of frame.
Same concept for the swingarm: a composite structure with Alluminium and Magnesium plates.
We could write pages and pages about all happened from this period to 2008; but the most interesting parts are the image of the Robbianodesign development of the bike.
We are proud of many parts of this project but talking about bike styling is interesting to see that just in the first drawing Robbianodesign had the idea fo a so short tail... at that time (January 2006) it did not exist; Honda RCV 211 (the first bike with a so short back) had still to be unveiled to the world...
